In 1990, with the opportunity to manage the Professional Liability Department at Blaine Braswell & Associates, John moved his business across St. Louis and spent the next five years developing a base of 800 clients and a staff of five dedicated Professional Liability Specialists.

As the Professional Liability Department grew in size and expertise, it was a natural next step to form the Keane Insurance Group, an agency dedicated to providing specialty insurance products to the Healthcare Industry.
