John Keane
President
John formed The Keane Insurance Group in 1995. His responsibilities include providing direction for the overall growth of the agency, as well as developing and servicing clients. He has been in the industry since 1985, including stints with AON and Blain Braswell Associates. John received a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from St. Louis University.
Cid Keane
Chairman
Cid's responsibilities include providing oversight to the agency's financial activities and "wisdom" to the younger people in the firm. He has been in the industry since 1958. His previous experience includes duties at W.H. Markham & Co. as Assistant Vice President, Lawton Byrne-Bruner as Partner, and Rollins Burdick Hunter as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Tammy Bristoe
Manager of Finance & Human Resources
Tammy joined the Keane Group in August of 2004 bringing 16 years of finance experience with her. Tammy spent 9 years with Focus St. Louis as their Director of Finance and 7 years as an accountant with Mid-America Transplant Services.
Brian Dames
Director of Business Development
Brian joined The Keane Group in 2002. He is responsible for the day to day management of the sales team. He works with the agency producers to set sales goals and to develop and execute individual sales plans. He is very active in the management of agency relationships with insurance carriers. Brian is a 1984 graduate of Texas Christian University and has more than 20 years experience in sales and management.
Lauren Jones
Manager of Agency Operations
Lauren's responsibilities center around managing the daily operations of the agency. She provides leadership, direction and training to the service and administrative staff. Lauren has been in the industry since 1995, joining Keane shortly after its inception. Having worn many hats through out her tenure at the agency, she most recently served as Manager of Client Services.
Laurie Diamond
Client Service Representative
Laurie's responsibilities include assisting John and the Client Service Representatives with a wide variety of tasks such as creating proposals, distributing Certificates of Insurance and checking policies and endorsements. She is a 2002 graduate of Southeast Missouri State where she received a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications: Public Relations.
Doug Geiger
Professional Liability Consultant
Doug joined The Keane Team in 2005. His responsibilities include producing new business and providing service to existing clients in Illinois. Prior to joining Keane, Doug spent 11 years working for a physician-owned medical malpractice insurance company. He has a bachelor degree from St. Louis University and a MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Pam Gettimeier
Account Executive
Pam's responsibilities include managing a book of business and, sharing responsibilities with Deb West in handling John Keane's clients. Before joining the Keane Group Pam was an employee of The Daniel & Henry Co. for 22 years.
Lauren Franke
Client Service Representative
Lauren joined the Keane Group in 2007. Her responsibilities include helping John, Debbie and Pam with their clients. She graduated with a B.A. in Paralegal Studies from Maryville University in 2007. While in college, Lauren worked in patent law and for a litigation attorney downtown.
Jane Hamilton
Executive Assistant
Jane's responsibilities include assisting John as well as supporting Producers and Client Service Representatives with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. Jane helps coordinate and direct administrative support functions and implement policies and procedures for production of documents, workflow, filing, ordering of supplies, and record maintenance to ensure others can function effectively and efficiently.
Jeff Hebenstreit

Before joining the Keane Group in June of 2004 Jeff was a V.P. with Saint Louis Management Group, Inc. Now with the Keane Group Jeff is responsible for producing new business and providing service to existing clients.
Melissa Herrmann
Client Service Representative
Melissa's responsibilities include assisting the sales team with a wide variety of tasks, such as processing and servicing policies, creating and distributing Certificates of Insurance, and sending out policies and endorsements. After graduating from James Madison University with a bachelor in Psychology in May 2004, Melissa moved from Maryland to Missouri and began working at Keane in January 2005.
Todd Herman
Professional Liability Consultant
Todd Joined the Keane Group in June of 2004 and is currently working out of our Kansas City office. Before joining the Keane Group Todd spent four and a half years in the pharmaceutical industry and is now responsible for servicing current Keane clients and producing new business.
D. Joseph Keane
Manager of Business Development
Joe responsibilities include providing support to the producers through the sales and renewal process as well as training new producers. Joe has been with the Keane Insurance group for over 12 years since his graduation from St. Louis University.
Bob Koons
Illinois Marketing Manager
Bob coordinates all of the Keane Groups marketing efforts in Illinois. He has 40 years of sales and marketing experience in the textile industry.
Linda Kohnen
Life and Health Client Service Representative
Linda joined the Keane Team in 2005. Her responsibilities include processing new business, renewals, and providing assistance to the Life and Health Team to ensure excellent client service is maintained. She has over 20 years of experience in finances.
Natalie Meyer
Client Services Representative
Natalie graduated from the University of Columbia in December 2003 and joined the Keane Group in November 2004. As a Client Service Assistant Natalie is responsible for checking customer policies, making certificates of insurance, and creating proposals.
Rachel LeCroy
Client Service Representative
Rachel graduated summa cum laude & Phi Beta Kappa from N.C. State University in 2000, and she joined the Keane team in 2005. She has previously worked in a variety of office and volunteer settings, including two years spent in Slovakia. Her current responsibilities include client service support and management of client data.
Amanda McDaniel
Client Service Assistant
Amanda started with Keane in 2007. She comes to Keane with a background in sales. As a client service assistant some of her responsibilities include checking and sending out policies, endorsements and certificates of insurance.
Linda Meier
Client Service Representative & Education/Training Coordinator
Linda joined The Keane Group in 2001 as a Client Service Representative and has recently been promoted to Senior Client Service Representative & Education/Training Coordinator. She is a licensed Producer working towards her CISR designation and has been in the insurance industry for more than 15 years. Linda is involved in the new business & renewal process from start to finish and also trains other CSR’s and office personnel.
Gloria Miesner
Receptionist
Gloria began working with the Keane Insurance Group as our receptionist in July, 2008. Her duties include answering the busy phone lines, greeting clients and a variety of clerical duties.
Kristopher Perkins

Kris has been a Professional Liability Consultant with The Keane Insurance Group since 2003. He works with both existing and new clients in multiple states to identify and resolve all types of coverage needs. Kris has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and was a district sales manager for Solidal Tire before joining the Keane Team.

Les' responsibilities include producing new business and providing service to existing clients. He has over 14 years experience in the financial services and insurance industry and joined the Keane Group in 2005.
Marci Robertson
Client Service Assistant
Marci started with Keane in September 2008. After graduating from Otterbein College in 2005 with a degree in Broadcast Communications, Marci worked in Event Production before moving to St. Louis from Columbus, Ohio.
As a client service assistant, some of Marci's responsibilities include checking and sending out quotes and policies, endorsements and certificates of insurance.
Vicki Schutte
Life & Health Administrative Assistant
Vicki joined The Keane Insurance Group in August 2008. Her responsibilities include customer service, new business, renewals and providing assistance as needed to the Life and Health team. She has worked in the insurance and benefits field for more than 23 years.
Monte Shields
Professional Liability Consultant
Monte's responsibilities include producing new business and providing service to existing clients. After graduating from Central Missouri State University, his experience in the insurance industry began at Liberty Mutual in the early '90s and then Blaine-Braswell Associates. He also has a background in education and other service oriented industries.
Hannah Shields
Client Service Assistant
Hannah joined the Keane Insurance Group in January of 2008.
She helps Debbie, Pam and Beth service the house accounts.
Some of her responsibilities include checking and sending policies, certificates and endorsements.
Zach Sinclair

Zach's responsibilities include producing new business and providing service to existing clients. Zach is a Southwest Missouri State Graduate who has worked for Northwest Mutual and Liberty Mutual.
Susan Starck
Claims Manager
Susan joined The Keane Group in 2002. As a Claims Manager, Susan serves as an effective link to between clients and their insurance carriers. She also works with new and renewal clients, and processes Premium Finance Agreements. Susan worked formerly with The Medical Protective Company, where she served as a Client Service Representative.
Leslie Steel

Leslie's responsibilities include checking and mailing quotes and policies, mailing endorsements, servicing client needs as well as other office duties. After graduating from Auburn University in 2005 and working in the Fashion Design field, Leslie moved home to St. Louis to get married and joined Keane shortly after in September 2007.

Mark's responsibilities include developing new clients for the agency as well as providing personal service to existing customers. He has been in the industry since 1992 and with The Keane Insurance Group since its inception in 1995.
Beth Stewart

Beth manages Joe's book of business. She is intricately involved in the sales and renewal process from start to finish. Beth recently earned her CISR designation and has been in the industry over 6 years. Beth studied nutrition in college and has experience in restaurant management.
Erin Stone
Client Service Representative
Erin joined The Keane Insurance Group in March, 2006. Her responsibilities include helping Doug and Kris manage their clients. Erin graduated with a BA in Communications from Missouri Baptist University in 2004.
Susan Tenney

Susan's responsibilities include sales and marketing to the physicians of Southwest Missouri and as a broker for the state of Oklahoma. Susan has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. Her previous experience includes Vice President in charge of the BJC Healthcare account with Willis and has extensive sales experience from various positions prior to that.
Matt Thomson
Professional Liability Consultant
Matt's responsibilities include his role as a Texas producer for the agency. He provides physicians and surgeons in the state of Texas with comprehensive options for their medical professional liability insurance. Matt is a 2001 graduate from Webster University with a degree in communications. Prior to joining the Keane Group he worked for Northwestern Mutual as a financial representative.

Adam joined the Keane Group in 2006. His responsibilities include developing new client relationships in Illinois and providing personal service to existing clients. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri. Before coming to Keane, Adam worked for Russell Investment Group.

Jen joined the Keane Group in 2006. Her responsibilities include helping John, Debbie and Pam with their clients. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri. Prior to coming to Keane, Jen worked for Edward Jones.

Carol Vogt began her career with The Keane Insurance Group on March 1, 2005. She has enjoyed working in the financial services industry for the past fifteen years. With her experiences in working both the Company and Agency side of the business she has extensive experience to assist you with your individual and employee benefit needs.
Krista Vranich

Krista joined The Keane Group in 2007. Krista works with new and renewal clients and services a large book of business for the Kansas City region. Having worked in the Medical Professional Liability Insurance industry since 1994, Krista has experience on the company side in underwriting, the wholesale market securing insurance for hard to place physicians and the retail market for standard physician insurance placement.
Debbie West
Account Executive
Debbie's responsibilities include servicing and renewing client policies and helping coordinate new business sales. She's been in the industry for 17 years. Her previous employers include Medical Assurance as Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Daniel & Henry as the Assistant Manager of the Personal Lines Department. She earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1995.
