As the largest malpractice broker in the Midwest, we act as an effective voice for our clients with lawmakers and insurance companies. Those audiences know that we speak with the collective support of nearly 4, 000 physicians, surgery centers and hospitals as well as their employees.

Our Carriers rely upon our feedback to address the current concerns and issues of our clients. They often use our comments to help shape changes in the features of their offerings.

Our Lawmakers look to the Keane Insurance Group for advice and counsel on physician-related matters. Among other efforts, we were a proud supporter of Tort Reform in Missouri. We contributed both time and money to the effort that became law in 2005, the first such successful legislative relief in many decades.
