How does outsourced marketing work?
Our expert team of marketing professionals will learn about your individual practice, your specialties, and your target patient audience. At the start of your engagement, we will work with you to set up, or gain access to, your online marketing accounts. We can then develop content for you AND share it on your behalf.
Why should I hire an outsourced marketing team rather than an in-house marketing staff member?
To effectively find, hire, and train a new team member takes time and resources. Our team of experts never calls in sick, does not need vacation time or benefits, and provides results reporting each month. In addition, we are always here to answer your additional marketing questions, and research new marketing trends… all at more affordable rates than a qualified employee.
How can you communicate with my patients without violating HIPAA regulations?
Our marketing efforts are limited to top of mind awareness campaigns – general office updates, health tips, and specialty subject matter expertise. Our goal is to keep current patients engaged and attract new patients. We will not communicate with your patients regarding anything specific to them that would potentially violate HIPAA regulations.
Can I switch plans?
Brand development plans cannot be switch once contracted.
Recurring service plans can be upgraded at any time, or switched/cancelled at the end of each 6-month term.
I don't have time to do marketing now, how will this make it easier?
Our clients find that, after the initial setup period, they are relieved to know that marketing communication is being consistently sent on their behalf. Our clients can mentally detach from the stress of creating constant marketing content, allowing them to focus on larger strategy, and patient care.
How long are your contracts?
Set up packages and add-on services are completed in 2 months. All recurring services, including web hosting and updates, are 6-month terms. Our clients find that six months is long enough to get setup and see some results, but not too long that changes cannot be made if a strategy update is needed.
How do Marketing Services work with my current insurance and/or IT service plan?
Marketing services will be billed monthly, in addition to your current IT and/or Insurance plan. As they are separate services, they can be added at any time. You will have a Marketing Account Manager available to you in addition to your current Keane Group team.
